This service begins with an on-site consultation where all decision makers collaborate to clarify your family's short and long term goals for the property. New Construction Space Planning Consultation
Space planning helps improve function and design while maintaining local code compliance and budget constraints. A new construction space planning session is where we use existing drawings a client has hired an architect or draftsman to produce and add our expertise in sourcing materials to make edits that keep clients in common SKUs and out of custom items. We add function and design, taking what the architect came up with and making it better! This service is designed for clients in the pre permitting new construction process with an architect or home builder/contractor. This service includes 3 hours of time but only includes 1 hour of consulting time normally conducted over Zoom.
